This is a free, inclusive and beginner-friendly class that happens most Sunday evenings. We will meet outside by the picnic tables if the weather is nice, or inside 611 or 613 North 6th Street. Bring a yoga mat (we'll have a few extras on hand as well if you'd like to borrow one). Feel free to tip the instructor if you'd like.
